LAVI is a recruitment and matchmaking platform for the home care services sector. When the team reached out to us, the project required improvements across the entire stack: web application, mobile application and API.
We took over the project by auditing the existing codebase, identifying security vulnerabilities and critical bugs, then implementing the necessary fixes to restore stable and secure operations.
Strengthening security was a top priority, particularly around authentication, sensitive data management and protection against common attacks. The application is now reliable and maintainable.

The mobile application supports care workers on a daily basis: tracking ongoing assignments and viewing agency proposals.

The management dashboard allows recruiters and agencies to manage their assignments and coordinate their care workers.
